Privacy policy
Draft prepared October 2026. Not yet in force. To be checked against Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), including whether registration with the Data Protection Commission is needed.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and WhatsApp number, so we can send updates and receipts.
- Your answers to the assessment questions, the account name or link, and anything you choose to tell us.
- The proof of ownership you tell us you can provide, and documents you send us during a case.
- Payment records: the amount, the plan and the payment reference. Card and mobile money details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
- Basic request logs, such as the page requested and the time. We do not log passwords, case access keys or what you type into forms.
What we never collect
Your password. We never ask for it in a form or a chat.
Why we use it
To assess your case, check ownership, do the work you paid for, keep you updated, and keep records we are required to keep.
Who we share it with
Only with the platform involved, when that is part of the work you asked for, and with our payment provider to take payment. For transfers, the other party sees your first name and the asset being transferred. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
To be confirmed. Proposed: case records for 2 years after a case closes, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email reskuedesk@gmail.com.
Cookies
The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The admin dashboard keeps a sign-in token in your browser session only.
