What we do
- Work through each platform’s own recovery and appeal routes
- Check that the account is yours before any work starts
- Lock the account down once you are back in
- Tell you plainly when a case looks unlikely to succeed
What we do not do
- Ask for your password in a form or a chat
- Hack, guess or force our way into any account
- Recover an account for someone who cannot show it is theirs
- Promise an outcome that the platform decides
The platform decides: Whether a disabled account is reinstated, and how long its review takes.
We control: How the case is prepared, what evidence goes with it, and how quickly we act.

Questions about recovery
Can every account be recovered?
No, and anyone who promises that is not being honest with you. The assessment tells you how difficult your case looks. If we take on a full recovery and cannot get you back in, you get a refund minus the GHS 100 assessment.
Why not just do it myself?
You can, and the recovery guide shows you how. Repeated failed resets and appeals can trigger extra security checks and waiting periods, so getting the order right the first time matters.
Do you need my password?
Never in a form or a chat. If a recovery needs any login access, a specialist explains why, and you change your details again once you are back in.
What if I already paid someone and it failed?
Say so in the assessment. We check that nothing they did made your case harder and that they no longer have access.
