Paying twice is not a thing here
For recovery, if you start on a cheaper plan and move up within 7 days, what you already paid counts in full towards the new plan.
Refunds follow our refund policy. For recovery, if we take on the case and cannot get you back in, you get everything back except the GHS 100 assessment.
